Our client, a national integrated 3PL, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage their combined 900,000 square foot of distribution facilities in Fontana, CA. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills to ensure continuous improvement and all customer service objectives being met and maintained.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manage the overall receipt, storage, re-packaging, set-building, inventory control, quality control, fulfillment and distribution in the facility.

• Direct responsibility for the site KPI’s metrics and work with Finance management for all financial reporting and KPI report outs .

• Recommends and implements technology and process improvements.

• Maintain inventory movement and cycle count program throughout the facility and implement efforts to achieve 100% accuracy from a unit and location perspective. Support production scheduling for Fulfillment department.

• Work closely with the Transportation team to maintain the proper in/out flow of trailer; products/goods for receiving and shipping while meeting all customer receiving and routing requirements. Effective management of space utilization (rack storage, trailer storage).

• Hands-on leadership for managers, supervisors and associates. Support corporate-led HR initiatives . Plays a key role in the staffing , selection, mentoring and coaching of the staff.

Why You Should Apply:

• 10+ year's experience running a multi-environment, multi-customer integrated 3PL facility

• Understanding of a senior leadership role. Strong background in operations management, with a track record of successfully managing complex functions. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement

• Background/experience in Production Management, Finance, HR, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving organizational goals

Salary range $165,000-180,000/year, commensurate with experience
